“Big Night Box Office” is a trading partnership of individuals who maintain and promote the “Big Night Box Office” business. For the purposes of the conditions laid out on this website “Big Night Box Office” shall be referred to as “BNBO”

  

“BNBO” does not accept responsibility regarding the events brought to the market place by the promoters or organisations acting as promoters who use this site. Whether an individual or a company promoting an event they all come under the title for the purpose of this website as “Event Promoters”

  

Every person whether a member of the public, artiste, show, venue, agent, promoter who wishes to use the facilities of this website must register and declare their interest and accept all the terms and conditions laid out at outset.

  

“Tickets” and the released volume advertised on the website are legally a right to attend any event purchased for a specific show advertised on the website. The purchase of a ticket will allow the purchaser entry to a concert upon receipt of a ticket confirmation they shall receive by email once they have completed the purchase transaction through the website.

  

Registration:

  

The Event Promoter:

To register on this site the company requires every person to register their interest in their chosen capacity whether they be an “Event Promoter” that will include any person of the following categories such as an Artiste who wishes to promote their talents, a Venue who wishes to promote an attraction, a promoter who hires a Venue and contracts the services of an Artiste or a Show or a combination of both. Any person who falls into any of these categories or similar shall be deemed an “Event Promoter”

  

The Customer:

Any person who wishes to purchase a ticket to attend a show or attraction advertised on the website shall be deemed to be a “customer” and should register as such.

A registered customer will have the right to purchase tickets for their own personal use and also can purchase a quantity of tickets on behalf of other people who wish to attend the same event or attraction. They will of course be responsible for collecting funds from third party sources in order to pay for the tickets.

Privacy Policy:

For the purposes of the following paragraphs we will refer to end customers as “you” or “your” meaning end customers as being members of the general public who use this site to purchase tickets through BNBO on behalf of the event promoter.

  

Your information:

To safeguard you in the purchase of tickets from our website we need to ensure your interests are protected in the form of information we collect from you and to inform you what is being stored and for what reason.

  

All information required to contact you such as a postal address, telephone numbers, email address is permanently stored on our computer system. This is essential in the event of shows being cancelled or postponed to avoid any inconvenience and to refund ticket costs if necessary.

  

We shall also collect information such as your ticket history, birthday, postcode etc to inform you of any future events that may be of interest to you. These are permanently stored on our database.

  

We DO NOT permanently store information in the form of a “financial” item such as Credit Card numbers, bank details of any such nature.

  

We will pass on your information to the event promoter to enable them to contact you in the event of postponements, cancellations or reminders and similarly pass the promoters details on to you so you have contact with them if required.

  

We do not pass on your information to any third parties for any reason. We believe people using this site have a right to utmost privacy. If there is any information we feel may be of use to you, we will post it on our website in a public fashion and you can decide if you wish to contact the people concerned.

  

Event Promoters:

When you are promoting an event this website will only advertise the allocation of tickets for sale that you declare at outset. If you need to increase or decrease the allocation at anytime you must inform us so that we can adjust this number on receipt of your instructions.

  

It is the Event Promoter’s responsibility to keep track of ticket sales that available on the website and ticket sales that may be for sale at the venue.

  

Transfer of Proceeds:

The Event promoter will receive the total amount of ticket sales paid to their nominated Bank Account within (7) working days of completion of the said event. This money will be transferred after agreement of the total sum has been agreed between BNBO and the Event Promoter.

  

If any Event has to be cancelled for any reason BNBO reserves the right to refund the customer directly less a small administration charge called a “Refund Event”

  

If an Event Promoter requires payment by cheque then an administrative charge of £2-00 plus postage will be deducted from the total amount due.

  

BNBO will take no responsibility for a malfunction of the site however caused but we endeavour to provide an operational service at all times

  

For Customers:

  

All prices quoted and displayed on this website for customers resident in the UK are in pounds sterling.

  

The ticket transaction legally is between you the customer and the Event Promoter. BNBO only handles the booking transaction between these two parties.

  

  

Booking and processing Fees:

All tickets bought through BNBO will subject to a processing fee to cover administration costs. The fees are per transaction and are charged according to value as set out below:

All details of dates, commencement times, performance times, duration times and finishing times, ticket prices, venues, ticket availability appearing on this website is the total responsibility of the Event Promoter. The Event Promoter is responsible for the accuracy of such events at all times.

  

If Tickets are sold and the price is deemed to be incorrect then BNBO reserve the right to cancel that ticket and refund the customer the amount they have paid less a small administration charge to cover administration and costs.

  

The site will list events by means of a search engine by date, venue, location and type of event by which the customer can select the event of their choice. They can then select the number of tickets they wish to purchase for the event and proceed to pay for the tickets in the normal process. The customer will be advised of the total transaction amount before the process is completed. The seat or number of seats will be registered in the customers name.

  

Once the transaction has been completed an email will be sent to the customer. This will include all the relevant details as displayed on the website prior to the transaction being processed. This will take the form of an order confirmation and used as an e-ticket to be shown as proof of purchase when you arrive at the event.

  

The website will display a “warning” that if confirmation is not received through the vehicle of an email then it will be their responsibility to contact BNBO. If this is not acted upon immediately BNBO can take no responsibility for any mal function of the processing system and will not refund any monies for the tickets. It is also a condition of this service that a customer must take the e-ticket receipt with them to the event as without proof of purchase they will not be admitted to the event.

  

Once a booking has been placed Refunds or Exchanges of tickets will only be sanctioned in the event of a cancellation of an event or postponed to a future date. In the event of change of times refunds will be at the discretion of the Event Promoter.

  

If an event is cancelled and BNBO has not been informed of such even if the Event Promoter has cancelled the attraction the customer will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket price less a small charge for administration and costs incurred by BNBO.

  

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform BNBO of any cancellations of events that they have paid for with 2 working days of the cancellation. The “cancellation” meaning the date the event was due to take place. After this time it may be impossible to conduct any refunds due to monies for the event may have already been settled with the Event Promoter.

  

It is the responsibility of the Event promoter to publish or forward you the “terms and conditions” of your purchased ticket transaction upon request.

  

  

This website will not permit any user to publish illegal or prohibited material on this site which includes any substance of an illegal nature, that is offensive to anyone using the site, threatening behaviour against any section of the community, racism, copyright without permission from the owner, displaying anything of a pornographic or sexually explicit nature or anything that disadvantages a group or organisation in the community.
